Is the training mandatory for white people? Are all whites assumed to be guilty of racism because of the color of their skin? If you substitute a different racial group, for example, Blacks or Hispanics instead of Whites, would it be a civil rights violation? Jesus shared many words of comfort to his followers. The Judeo-Christian Bible is rich in sources of comfort. We need to remember and meditate on verses that encourage us.
