Enjoy Paul’s prayer for the Ephesians. It’s one of my favorites.
“For this reason, ever since I heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all God’s people,
I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers.
I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.
I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe.
That power is the same as the mighty strength he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.

My great-grandson helps to keep
me young. Hezekiah proved it again at Legoland. We were walking past the Lego Stars wall—the one with all the celebrity names—when this 11-year-old marched up to an employee pointed to me and said:
“She’s a talker. People recognize her every time we travel. She should be on your wall.” 😌
I just laughed. Hezzie has become a PR agent.
@LEGOLANDFlorida if you’re listening… consider this my official application.
Hezekiah, you will always be my number one fan.
Now you tell me—what’s the boldest or funniest thing one of your kids or grandkids has ever said about you?
Drop it in the comments. I read every one. ❤️ #grandchildren #grandkids
Ponder the “red letter” words of Jesus posted below:
“Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword.
For I have come to turn “a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law—a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household.’
“Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves their son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.”
Matthew 10: 34-37 (NIV).
Following Jesus is going to cost you. We don’t get a better deal than the master. Let’s honor Him with boldness and courage.
