Good morning šāļøš
I woke up this morning thinking of Speaker Mike Johnson and his need for a strong prayer covering and I thought about the America we once knew. Is she gone forever? God knows. I do know we no longer wield moral authority in the world.
This passage came to mind.
Ephesians 6: 10-19 (NIV).
The Armor of God
ā10Ā Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11Ā Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devilās schemes. 12Ā For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13Ā Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14Ā Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15Ā and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16Ā In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17Ā Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.ā
Be safe and blessed. Pray for yourselves, your families, leaders, and other nations. #MikeJohnson #prayer #Congress
Greetings š
God is on the move in prayer groups across America. Let revival and unity of purpose unite and empower us.
āI will praise the Lord at all times. I will constantly speak his praises.
I will boast only in the Lord; let all who are helpless take heart.
Come, let us tell of the Lordās greatness; let us exalt his name together.
I prayed to the Lord, and he answered me. He freed me from all my fears.
Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces.
In my desperation I prayed, and the Lord listened; he saved me from all my troubles.
For the angel of the Lord is a guard;āØhe surrounds and defends all who fear him.ā
Psalm 34: 1-7 (NLT).

Hereās my prayer for today.
āOpen my eyes that I may see wonderful things in your law.ā
Psalm 119: 18 (NIV).
ā¼ļøBelow are the verses the Lord gave me today.
What can you glean from these verses ? Do they speak to your heart or situation?
āHear me, my God, as I voice my complaint; protect my life from the threat of the enemy.
Hide me from the conspiracy of the wicked, from the plots of evildoers.
They sharpen their tongues like swords and aim cruel words like deadly arrows.
They shoot from ambush at the innocent; they shoot suddenly, without fear.
They encourage each other in evil plans, they talk about hiding their snares; they say, āWho will see it?ā
They plot injustice and say, āWe have devised a perfect plan!ā Surely the human mind and heart are cunning.
But God will shoot them with his arrows; they will suddenly be struck down.
He will turn their own tongues against them and bring them to ruin; all who see them will shake their heads in scorn.
All people will fear; they will proclaim the works of God and ponder what he has done.
The righteous will rejoice in the LordāØĀ Ā and take refuge...
