Good morning ☀️🌞
What does it mean to be an image bearer of God? If we could truly grasp the deeper meaning of Genesis 1: 27-28,we would have a less confused and mean-spirited world. It would help us become better stewards of the earth and our relationships with each other. God created one human race and through his providence the nation states came to be.
So God created man in his own image,
in the image of God he created him;
male and female he created them.
And God blessed them. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” Genesis 1: 27-28 (ESV).

I take much comfort in these verses. What about you? How has God been faithful to you when the enemy came in like a flood?
