Good morning 🌞☀️
Nothing escapes God’s notice. He is intimately connected to the lives of believers. We can take solace in the knowledge that He loves us and He is working everything out for our benefit.
“But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says:
“God opposes the proud
but shows favor to the humble.”
Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.” James 4: 6-8 (NIV).

Chew on this !
“They are from the world and therefore speak from the viewpoint of the world, and the world listens to them. We are from God, and whoever knows God listens to us; but whoever is not from God does not listen to us. This is how we recognize the Spirit of truth and the spirit of falsehood.”
1 John 4: 5-6 (NIV).

Here’s a sobering message about the consequences of sin. Fortunately for us, the Gospel of Jesus Christ offers a means of escape.
“Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened,
That it cannot save;
Nor His ear heavy,
That it cannot hear.
But your iniquities have separated you from your God;
And your sins have hidden His face from you, So that He will not hear.
For your hands are defiled with [a]blood,
And your fingers with iniquity;
Your lips have spoken lies,
Your tongue has muttered perversity.
No one calls for justice,
Nor does any plead for truth.
They trust in empty words and speak lies;
They conceive evil and bring forth iniquity.”
Isaiah 59: 1-4 (NKJV).

Greetings 👋
Who are my brothers and sisters? Are these verses imploring us to have compassion and love for the whole of humanity?
What do you think?
“We love because he [Jesus] first loved us. Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen. And he has given us this command: Anyone who loves God must also love their brother and sister.”
1 John 4: 19-21 (NIV).
