When I was in college I took a course on death and dying. We visited a mortuary and were required to write our obituaries. For the longest time, I thought I would never reach age 40, then age 60. Next week I will be 70. Each day is a gift. We will die someday. Leave a legacy for the next generation. It can be your written or recorded wisdom. It’s not always about money.
“O Lord, make me know my end and what is the measure of my days; let me know how fleeting I am!
Behold, you have made my days a few handbreadths, and my lifetime is as nothing before you. Surely all mankind stands as a mere breath! Selah

Here’s a very special and appropriate scripture for today.
“You have searched me, Lord, and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar.
You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways.
