I know people in their eighties and nineties who are going strong. Former President Trump has more energy than I do. He seems as sharp as a tack despite a harrowing schedule and the stress of the indictments. Knowing one’s limits is important. I’ve always struggled with the first clause of this proverb, especially when I am on social media. 🤷🏾♀️I certainly fear the Lord and want the promised health and wellness.
