“For rebellion is like the sin of divination, and arrogance like the evil of idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the LORD, he has rejected you as king.” 1 Samuel 15:3 (ESV).
“Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.” Isaiah 5:20 (ESV).
“Righteousness exalts a nation,
But sin is a reproach to any people.” Proverbs 14:34 (NKJV).
