Greetings 🖖
Do you believe in divine providence? I certainly do! The book of Esther speaks volumes about how God raises up and deposes the enemies of his people.
“When Esther’s words were reported to Mordecai, he sent back this answer: “Do not think that because you are in the king’s house you alone of all the Jews will escape.
For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?”
Then Esther sent this reply to Mordecai:
“Go, gather together all the Jews who are in Susa, and fast for me. Do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. I and my attendants will fast as you do. When this is done, I will go to the king, even though it is against the law. And if I perish, I perish.” Esther 4: 12-16 (ESV).
How many of us have such courage?
Please pray for President Trump and Melania.
Pray for the President’s health, discernment, patience, and spiritual growth or as the Lord leads you.
Pray for those whom God has placed around him. May they be as bold as lions when there is a need to deliver warnings.
Pray that God will raise up and rekindle the faith of any of us who are tired and wavering.
Fresh fire for everyone who believes that prayer can change hearts, minds, and nations.
Amen!
Greetings 👋
Our God has high standards, but fortunately for us the blood of Christ covers us through his freely given grace and mercy. Be encouraged my friend!
“Who may worship in your sanctuary, Lord?
Who may enter your presence on your holy hill?
Those who lead blameless lives and do what is right, speaking the truth from sincere hearts.
Those who refuse to gossip or harm their neighbors or speak evil of their friends.
Those who despise flagrant sinners, and honor the faithful followers of the Lord,
and keep their promises even when it hurts.
Those who lend money without charging interest, and who cannot be bribed to lie about the innocent. Such people will stand firm forever.” Psalm 15: 1-5 (NLT).
