The elimination of affirmative action via executive action takes us back to the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment. We got it right in the 1960s. EEOC remains the enforcement mechanism. We can have diverse workplaces and institutions if we follow the laws of the land. “I called on the Lord in distress; The Lord answered me and set me in a broad place.
The Lord is on my side;
I will not fear. What can man do to me?

It is better to trust in the Lord Than to put confidence in man.
It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in princes.” Psalm 118: 5-9.
Here’s a very special and appropriate scripture for today.
“You have searched me, Lord, and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar.
