He has risen!

“Very early on the first day of the week, just after sunrise, they were on their way to the tomb and they asked each other, ‘Who will roll the stone away from the entrance of the tomb?’ But when they looked up, they saw that the stone, which was very large, had been rolled away. As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed. ‘Don’t be alarmed,’ he said. ‘You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him’” (Mark 16:2-6).

Here's a word for today!

Good morning ☀️

May you have an amazing weekend.

“Sing to the Lord, bless his name;
proclaim his salvation from day to day.

Declare his glory among the nations,
his wondrous works among all peoples.

For the Lord is great and is highly praised;
he is feared above all gods.

For all the gods of the peoples are worthless idols, but the Lord made the heavens.

Splendor and majesty are before him;
strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.

Ascribe to the Lord, you families of the peoples, ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.

Ascribe to the Lord the glory of his name;
bring an offering and enter his courts.”

Psalm 96: 2-8 (CSB).

Here is one of my go to scriptures when times are challenging. Psalm 91: 1-16 and Psalm 34: 1-22 are others that bring comfort and reassurance.

“The Lord is my light and my salvation—so why should I be afraid?

The Lord is my fortress, protecting me from danger, so why should I tremble?

When evil people come to devour me, when my enemies and foes attack me,
they will stumble and fall.

Though a mighty army surrounds me, my heart will not be afraid. Even if I am attacked, I will remain confident.

The one thing I ask of the Lord— the thing I seek most—is to live in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, delighting in the Lord’s perfections and meditating in his Temple.

For he will conceal me there when troubles come; he will hide me in his sanctuary. He will place me out of reach on a high rock.

Then I will hold my head high above my enemies who surround me. At his sanctuary I will offer sacrifices with shouts of joy, singing and praising the Lord with music.”
Psalm 27: 1-6 (NLT).

If Harvard wants to ignore federal laws and constitutional protections, it should go its own way and stop taking taxpayer dollars. #Harvard #Trump
