Can you relate to these verses?
“I said to myself, “I will watch what I do
and not sin in what I say. I will hold my tongue when the ungodly are around me.”
But as I stood there in silence—not even speaking of good things—the turmoil within me grew worse.
The more I thought about it, the hotter I got, igniting a fire of words:
“Lord, remind me how brief my time on earth will be. Remind me that my days are numbered—how fleeting my life is.
You have made my life no longer than the width of my hand. My entire lifetime is just a moment to you; at best, each of us is but a breath.”
Psalm 39: 1-5 (NLT).

Don’t despair! He’s ALWAYS there offering us hope and reassurances.
Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said,
“Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”
So we say with confidence,
“The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?”
Hebrews 13: 5-6 (NKJV).

We who identify publicly with Christ are becoming embarrassingly divided over issues where God has a clear position. We must read the Bible for ourselves and not parrot what someone told us.
“Don’t let anyone capture you with empty philosophies and high-sounding nonsense that come from human thinking and from the spiritual powers of this world, rather than from Christ. For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human body.
So you also are complete through your union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority.” Colossians 2: 8-10 (NLT).
Let’s chew on those verses for a few minutes.
