“Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May those who love you be secure.”
Psalm 122: 6 (NIV).
We left Jerusalem yesterday for Tiberius after having spent a week in the Holy City. I’ve spent days with some fascinating people and was interviewed by CBN Jerusalem. This is my second trip to Israel, but the world has changed a lot since my first visit in the early 2000s. I have learned so much. Praise God!

Here’s a tip to live by. The Armor of God is necessary and sufficient for spiritual battle.
“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. I’m wishing all my followers a wonderful day and peaceful weekend. Rest and enjoy this special day. Merry of Merriest Christmas for everyone who recognizes and honors the birth of our savior. #Christmas2025
Do these passages stir your heart? Church-goers hear them every year as part of the #Advent readings.
“The angel went to her and said, ‘Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you.’
Mary was greatly troubled at his words and wondered what kind of greeting this might be.
But the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary; you have found favor with God.
You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus.
He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over Jacob’s descendants forever; his kingdom will never end.”
