Greetings đź‘‹
God reminded me today of a powerful truth: the real battle isn’t against the people who hurt, oppose, or frustrate us. Those individuals are often just foot soldiers—unaware of the spiritual forces directing them from the shadows.
Our true struggle is against the rulers, authorities, and cosmic powers of this present darkness.
So let’s pray for greater discernment and opened eyes—for ourselves and for those around us—so we can see the battle clearly and fight it the right way.
“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.
Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace.
In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication.
To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints…”

Are we truly where we ought to be spiritually?
Sometimes God has to gently remind us of His many promises. He once spoke into my spirit that fear and faith cannot coexist. And it’s true.
“You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.”
Isaiah 26:3-4 (ESV)
And His Word also declares:
“There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear…”
1 John 4:18 (ESV)
When our minds stay fixed on Him, His perfect love drives out fear and ushers in perfect peace. 🙏

I don’t know about you, but I needed this reminder of God’s promises this morning:
Romans 8:26-28 (NLT)
“And the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. For example, we don’t know what God wants us to pray for. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words. And the Father who knows all hearts knows what the Spirit is saying, for the Spirit pleads for us believers in harmony with God’s own will. And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.”

May you have a blessed Saturday. Let’s pray as the Spirit directs—lifting up our families, friends, national leaders, and our nation.
Senator Blackburn’s “Bell to Bell, No Cell” proposal is long overdue.
Schools exist for learning, not endless notifications, social media, and constant distractions.
Cell phones should be checked into the office (or locked in pouches) at the start of the day and returned only when the final bell rings.
No excuses, no exceptions—let’s finally put students’ focus and education first.
